In crane operation systems, transfer carts are a crucial link in achieving seamless integration of “aerial hoisting + ground transport.” Whether transferring heavy objects lifted by cranes to the next process or precisely delivering materials from the warehouse to the lifting point, choosing a suitable transfer cart directly determines material flow efficiency and production safety. Rail transfer carts are specialized heavy-duty industrial transport equipment that runs along a pre-set track. Their frame adopts a box-beam structure, combined with a low rolling resistance design for steel wheels and rails, allowing for a full range of tonnage from a few tons to hundreds of tons. Flexible power supply options are available: low-voltage rail power supply is safe and stable, suitable for cleanrooms; battery power supply eliminates the constraints of external cables, suitable for multi-point operations; and cable-stayed power supply is suitable for fixed-line reciprocating transport.

Usage Scenarios: Rail transfer carts are widely used in industries such as heavy machinery manufacturing, rail transportation, aerospace, and steel metallurgy. Typical applications include: crane main beam handling, excavator boom transport, subway car and high-speed rail car relocation, etc.

Competitive Advantages: The operating path is strictly limited by tracks, and with encoder control, positioning accuracy can reach 0.3 mm; its load-bearing capacity is far superior, easily handling heavy-duty transport of hundreds of tons; stable and reliable operation with an extremely low failure rate.

Trackless transport vehicles are powered by batteries or lithium batteries and move using polyurethane-coated wheels or Mecanum wheels. They completely break free from the constraints of tracks, enabling forward, backward, left, right, S-shaped, 360° rotation, and right-angle turns. Rubber tires or polyurethane wheels cause minimal damage to the ground, making them particularly suitable for epoxy flooring workshops.

Usage Scenarios: Trackless transport vehicles are suitable for areas where tracks cannot be laid, non-fixed-point material handling, confined spaces, and transport involving multiple turns or across workshops. Widely used in factory workshops, warehouses, docks, construction sites, and other scenarios, with a load capacity typically ranging from 1 to 20 tons, these vehicles are powerful tools for mold transfer, steel handling, and equipment installation.

RGV (Rail Guided Vehicle), commonly known as a rail shuttle, runs at high speed along a fixed track and consists of a scheduling system, track, vehicle body, control system, and communication system. RGVs require no human operation, operate at high speed, and can significantly reduce warehousing costs and improve labor productivity. Load capacities from 30 tons to 1000 tons can be customized.

Usage Scenarios: RGVs are widely used in high-density automated warehouses, material replenishment at fixed workstations on production lines, material conveying in automated logistics systems, and workshop assembly. They are particularly suitable for scenarios with simple and fixed logistics routes, high load-bearing requirements, and high storage density. The RGV system can achieve precise alignment between up to 36 stations.

AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) are trackless mobile robots equipped with technologies such as laser navigation, visual navigation, or magnetic navigation. They do not rely on fixed tracks and autonomously perceive their environment and plan their paths through a built-in navigation system. AGVs can operate 24 hours a day, automatically completing tasks such as entering and exiting loading and unloading stations, workbenches, and shelves.

Application Scenarios: AGVs are widely used in industries with high flexibility requirements, such as automotive manufacturing, e-commerce warehousing, and precision assembly. In crane collaborative operations, AGVs are responsible for flexibly delivering goods from the workshop to designated lifting areas, or assisting cranes in positioning and loading goods upon shipment.
